A dispatch system migration with zero downtime

Situation

Curena operates a 24/7 emergency call centre. Its dispatch software needed to be replaced while keeping the service fully operational and emergency readiness unchanged.

What I did

I led process analysis and requirements definition, prioritised changes and coordinated business teams, management and implementation partners. I defined test cases, planned and carried out the migration of emergency call devices and customer data, and prepared the documentation and staff training for the changeover.

Outcome

The changeover was completed without interrupting operations or affecting emergency readiness. I continue to support the system and am handing over my knowledge to the new application manager.

KFC Albania: around 25% lower maintenance costs

Situation

Restaurant teams reported issues and organised maintenance through paper records and WhatsApp groups. That made it difficult to track repairs, follow up on reports and understand the costs.

What I did

I mapped workflows on site with restaurant managers and identified redundant steps before defining the software requirements. I led workshops, wrote a testable specification and coordinated the development team in Tirana through to rollout. I kept restaurant operations, finance, audit and maintenance providers aligned as priorities changed.

Outcome

LEIS, a multichannel ticketing and issue-reporting platform, is in use across KFC restaurant operations in Albania. Over the first year the client measured roughly 25 percent lower maintenance-related costs and more than 40 percent better accuracy in internal compliance reporting.

Situation

When we founded Alpine Edge, we had to establish how the team would work while developing our own product and delivering client projects.

What I did

I co-founded and co-lead Alpine Edge, with responsibility for LEIS from requirements and roadmap through to development and customer rollout. I coordinate our Scrum team, clients and stakeholders, and lead projects involving software implementation, integrations and DevOps.

Outcome

Alpine Edge has an eight-person team, its own SaaS product and client software projects. LEIS is in use across KFC restaurant operations in Albania. Alongside delivery, I develop AI frameworks and MCP integrations to accelerate product development and prototyping.
